How do you recommend I drink them?
Choose your 6 busiest, most structured days of the week (usually Monday through Saturday).
On each of those days, start your morning with BeEnergized Matcha (perhaps replacing your cup of coffee with the Matcha). Mid-morning, or whenever you feel stress creeping in, drink a cup of BeBalanced. Anytime after lunch, or before dinner, it’s time for BeLight to help soothe digestion and curb appetite.
Over the course of these two weeks, notice what other healthy changes spontaneously happen in your life. Perhaps you’re more productive at work, less stressed, easier-going. How do I prepare the teas?
Matcha – For hot matcha, whisk 1 packet with 4-6 oz hot water (~170°F) or steamed milk of your choice.
For cold matcha, add to a water bottle and shake vigorously. Or add to smoothies, juice, oatmeal.
BeBalanced – Steep in 6-8 oz hot water (~180°F) for 2-3 minutes.
BeLight – Steep in 8-10 oz boiling water for 3-5 minutes.
