World Vitae accepts credit cards on-site processed through a secure checkout page protected by SSL encryption, as well as Paypal.
Orders shipped to Arizona are required to pay applicable Arizona sales tax.
Most orders will be processed and shipped out within 2 business days of receiving the order. Customized plans will sent out according to the schedule outlined on the product page. Pre-sell and out-of-stock items will be shipped out when they are available. You will receive an email updating you of the ship date.
You will not be automatically emailed a tracking number and in some cases, your order will not have a tracking number at all. If you require a tracking number, please mention that in the “Order Notes” box. If you would like your tracking number emailed to you (and one is available), please reply to your order confirmation email.
All international orders will have a USPS tracking number, which may not be trackable after reaching your country’s customs.
All orders are sent via First Class Mail unless shipping weight exceeds 14oz, then it will be shipped via Priority Mail.
Free shipping is offered on orders of $20 or more for US destinations only. For US orders under $20 or international destinations, your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
To our international customers: You are responsible for any and all customs fees, duties, and/or taxes charged when the shipment arrives, as well as complying with local regulations regarding foods and wellness products. Customer assumes the risk for any products confiscated or opened by customs. Please check your country’s import policies if you’re unsure.
Orders that are shipped to international destinations are not refundable under any circumstance and become the sole responsibility of the customer once the shipment has left our packing facility. This applies to both consumer and wholesale purchases. By placing an international order, you agree that you have read and understood this policy.
Other Shipping Info
Please double check you entered your shipping address correctly. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. (We are not responsible for mis-typed addresses.)
If the package has already shipped, please work with your local postmaster (or residents at your previous address) to locate and recover your package.
If your package is returned to us, we will re-ship the package at your cost. Please contact us to make arrangements.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of the products and our inability to resell used products, all sales are final. Should you receive the wrong item by mistake, please contact us.
If your packaged was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately by calling 949-32Vitae (949-328-4823) or by using our contact form.
