Minimizing chronic inflammation is one of the main things that you can do to improve your health and increase your lifespan. Chronic inflammation is dangerous because it can cause obesity, heart disease and cancer. High insulin levels can trigger chronic inflammation. One of the things that you can do to decrease inflammation is to limit your intake of carbohydrates. You should also limit your intake of processed foods and eat more natural foods.
Managing your stress is another extremely important thing that you need to do. Chronic stress has also been linked to chronic inflammation. Furthermore, you need to get a good night’s rest every night. If you have trouble sleeping, then you spend five minutes meditating or praying before you go to bed. You should avoid thinking about tomorrow’s activities right before you go to bed because that will keep make it harder for you to fall asleep also.
