In lieu of today’s post, I refer you to 2 podcasts by Kevin Gianni of the Renegade Health Show.

In the first, Kevin has a bit of a roundtable discussion on superfoods, raw food, and fueling your body for maximum energy, better eyesight, and improved memory.  In there are some great recommendations for goji berries, seeds, coconut, Omega-3s, etc.

In the second, Kevin interviews Dr. Amy Lanou on bone health, fractures, dairy, and calcium sources.  Much of this I already knew, but I think its good to hear from someone who has extensively researched it. And the recommendation to avoid dairy, builds on my post about the drawback of consuming dairy.
